Website Maintenance

Are regular monthly, weekly, or daily updates becoming onerous? Are you losing huge chunks of your work day to timely content? For clients with ongoing needs, our maintenance package offers reliable support at a predictable, manageable cost. A maintenance package offers you the comfort of knowing your web presence will remain current and relevant at a small monetary cost while you reclaim precious time.  Select a day of the month dedicated to updates and we can send you a monthly reminder a week in advance.

Monthly Maintenance

The Bemis Promotions Monthly Maintenance package is about more than monthly site updates.  Having a maintenance package is an insurance policy against unexpected expenses and site downtime. For as little as $50/month, our monthly maintenance packages include:

• Monthly reminders when it’s time to update.
• Monthly updates to your site (including content, basic menu/graphics changes related to content additions and more)
• Monthly site statistic reports.
• Yearly reviews of your site, promotion efforts and social media strategy.
• Regular updates to site software (e.g, installing new Content Management System releases, new versions of site plugins and security patches).
• We will fix any problems caused by host/server/database issues.
• We will fix any user-caused errors, random acts of God or computer gremlins.

Limited Maintenance

For our clients with limited budgets or who prefer to update their content themselves, we’re now offering a limited maintenance package for as little as $16.66/month. Our limited maintenance includes:

• Regular updates to site software (e.g, installing new Content Management System releases, new versions of site plugins and security patches).
• We will fix any problems caused by host/server/database issues.
• We will fix any user-caused errors, random acts of God or computer gremlins.

Please note: Without a maintenance package, we charge an hourly rate for anything we do to your site, with a 1 hour minimum.

Small Business Packages

Bemis Promotions has made a name for ourselves helping small businesses achieve promotional success. The past eleven years’ experience has taught us what works, what doesn’t, and how to create the perfect site to reflect what makes your business unique, whether you’ve just opened your doors, or your company has been in your family for generations. We have packages for small businesses and non-profits, no matter what your needs or budget.

Platinum Package

Our platinum package is designed for clients who want a few bells and whistles. This package includes the site design & programming, an about page, media page, a contact form, an integrated blog, 6 “extras” pages, a page for each of your services or products and a services/products “home” page and a news section. It also includes social media integration, a matching twitterscape, custom menus, a clients only section with custom logins for clients, a custom-designed business card that matches your site and design of a brochure. (printing costs are extra).

(Up to 20 products/services.)

Gold Package

Our gold package is designed for clients who want something more than an online-brochure. This package includes the site design & programming, an about page,  a contact form, an integrated blog, 4 “extras” pages, a page for each of your services or products and a services/products “home” page and a news section. It also includes social media integration, a matching twitterscape, custom menus, and a custom-designed business card that matches your site. (printing costs are extra).

(Up to 10 products/services.)

Basic Small Business Site

A basic small business site is designed for clients who need a basic site to inform potential customers about their business. More customized than a business brochure package, a basic small business site includes the site design & programming, a bio page, a contact form, 2 “extras” pages, a page for each or your services/products and a book “home” products/services page.

(Up to 5 products/services)

Business Brochure Site Package

While this limited time offer is a smaller package designed for start ups or small businesses with limited budgets, the Bemis Promotions Business Brochure Site Package is in no way mini. Read more about the Business Brochure Site Package.
