What Web Services to you offer?

Websites

Every site we design starts with an extensive interview process to discuss your needs and expectations. After we determine your needs, we work with our consultants to develop a site design that speaks to your personal brand. We will develop up to three separate designs and allow you to choose one before moving on to creating your site. We will help you develop content, offer recommendations for features then we will develop and post your site based on your needs. We thoroughly test all sites on the following platforms: Internet Explorer, Netscape, Safari and Mozilla FireFox, to maximize your site's performance and minimize hassles. We also register all sites with up to 15 different search engines.

Blog or MySpace Design

We design many of our websites for WordPress which has a built-in blogging feature.  We can import your existing LiveJournal, WordPress, or Blogger blog, as well as many others.  However, we're also happy to design a complementary interface for a MySpace, Blogger, LiveJournal or other Blogging site.

Web Forms

Web forms can be contest forms that are significantly different than the standard contest forms we’ve already developed. This would also include specialized data applications like bulletin boards or member login/maintenance.

Banners

We can design either still or animated banners for your website or for you to share around the web.

Web Hosting

While we do not maintain our own hosting servers in house, we have worked with an outside hosting company for more than four years who maintains a dedicated server for Bemis Promotions sites. We have been exceedingly happy with their service, support and reliability.

Web Maintenance

If you will be doing regular updates (e.g. monthly), we recommend that you purchase a maintenance package.  Our maintenance packages include an update of up to five pages each month as well as the creation of up to two new pages. (If you have significantly more updates than this, we will send you an estimate for the number of hours we believe it will take and charge you $50/hour.)  We recommend that  you select a day during the month which you wish to have your updates done.  We appreciate at least three days advance warning of your changes each month.

After we determine your needs, we work with our consultants to develop a site design that speaks to your personal brand. After we have developed the graphics, we will seek your input to make certain your site is everything you want and need. If not, we will either modify the design or start from scratch and create a new design. Using this method, we will create up to three designs. We will help you develop content, offer recommendations for features then we will develop and post your site based on your needs.

We will maintain your site, make updates, run contests, send newsletters and keep your site in top-shape and keep your readers coming back.
